Our story

How we got here.

Peralytics has been operating as an AI SEO practice since November 2024, initially as an internal team at Cyfrow Solutions, an SEO agency operating since 2016. By late 2024 it was clear that AI search was no longer a side feature of traditional SEO. The buyer profile was different. The methodology was different. The pricing model was different. It needed its own dedicated team and brand.

Founded by Ali Ahmer, CEO, and Muhammad Ahmed, Co-founder, Peralytics ran as a focused AI search practice within Cyfrow Solutions, building expertise, refining methodology, and supporting early AI search work across client programs.

In 2026, Peralytics was formally established as an independent company with founding investment from Cyfrow Solutions, while keeping the operational backing and infrastructure that allowed it to scale from day one.

Cyfrow Solutions, founded by Muhammad Talha Javed in 2016, incubated the Peralytics AI SEO practice from November 2024 and became Peralytics' founding investor and operational partner when the company was formally established as independent in 2026.

Day-to-day leadership is held by Ali Ahmer, CEO, and Muhammad Ahmed, Co-founder. Cyfrow continues to provide infrastructure, fulfillment support, and access to a decade of search experience across 200+ client engagements.
